PRESENT: Robert P. Valentine, H. John Krukar, Ronald F. Nodine
OTHERS: Attorney Michael Zizka
Bob Valentine called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
IN A MOTION made by Ronald F. Nodine, seconded by John Krukar it was VOTED to go into Executive Session at 4:06 p.m. to discuss Possible Litigation. Vote unanimous.
All in attendance were invited to attend.
IN A MOTION made by John Krukar, seconded by Ron Nodine, it was VOTED to go out of Executive Session at 5:08 p.m. Vote unanimous. No action was taken.
IN A MOTION made by Ron Nodine, seconded by John Krukar, it was VOTED to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 5:09 p.m.
