GOSHEN BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS
Regular Meeting Minutes @ Goshen Fire House
September 9, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Mark Robinson, Fire Commissioner Larry Joray, Sr., Fire Chief Robert Hall. Excused Absence: Fire Marshal Bill Baldwin.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Commissioner Joray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: Minutes from August 12, 2009 were reviewed.
In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Robinson to accept the minutes of August 12, 2009. Vote Unanimously.
FIRE CHIEF REPORT: Truck Committee has reviewed all specification and will submit decision at the next Board of Selectmen’s meeting. Membership operation of Fire Company is running smooth. Recent emergency calls went without incidents.
In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Robinson to accept the Fire Chief report. Vote Unanimously.
CORRESPONDENCE: None
FIRE MARSHAL REPORT: No Report received.
BILLS: Reviewed and signed all vouchers.
In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Robinson to accept the bills presented. Vote Unanimously.
Commissioners Bruce Larson arrived at 7:30 p.m.
OLD BUSINESS: Fire Truck Committee attended to discuss with Commissioners specification from New England Fire, Rosenbauer, KME and Pierce. Fire Truck Committee will attend the next Board of Selectmen’s meeting with their decision.
NEW BUSINESS: None
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
