April 14, 2010
PRESENT: Chairman Mark Robinson, Commissioner Bruce Larson, Fire Chief Robert Hall. Excused Absent: Commissioner Larry Joray, Sr. and Fire Marshall Bill Baldwin.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Robinson Called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ACCETANCE OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: Minutes from March 10, 2010 will be reviewed at the next meeting.
FIRE CHIEF REPORT: New pagers are on order, fire calls are going well. Discussed formation of a regional dive team.
In A Motion made by Mr. Robinson seconded by Mr. Larson to approve the chief report. Vote Unanimously.
CORRESPONDENCE: None
FIRE MARSHAL REPORT: See Attachment.
In A Motion made by Mr. Robinson seconded by Mr. Larson to accept the Fire Marshal report as submitted. Vote Unanimously.
BILLS: Reviewed and signed all vouchers
In A Motion made by Mr. Robinson seconded by Mr. Larson to accept the bills presented. Vote Unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Discussed painting project. Board of Selectman must approve painting proposal.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
