Regular Meeting Minutes @ Goshen Fire House
August 14, 2010
PRESENT: Chairman Mark Robinson, Commissioners Larry Joray, Sr., Bruce Larson and Fire Chief Robert Hall.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Robinson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ACCEPTANCE OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: Minutes from July 14, 2010 were reviewed by the Commissioners.
In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Larson to accept the minutes of July 14, 2010. Vote Unanimously.
FIRE CHIEF REPORT: Six Fire Company members are currently training with the International Scuba Diving Inc. at a reasonable cost due to the training is for the fire company. Divecom transmitter speaker is in need of repair, looking into replacements. Engine #7 is retired as of tonight and will be offered to the Public Work Dept. Engine #3 has been put into service tonight and Engine #1 is out for servicing at Firematic with pump, filters and valve replacement. Actively looking into grant money to purchase a Carbon Monoxide meter that monitors Carbon Monoxide in people, also looking into a Auto Pulse System for CPR use. On Oct 15th – 17th the regional dive team is offering a DR1 Course.

In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Larson to accept the Fire Marshal report as submitted. Vote Unanimously.
BILLS: Reviewed and signed all vouchers.
In A Motion made by Mr. Joray, Sr., seconded by Mr. Larson to accept the bills presented. Vote Unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS: Request proposal for painting the interior of the Fire Company 1st floor.
NEW BUSINESS: None
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
