Meeting MINUTES for March 5, 2009 @ 7:15 P.M.

- CALL TO ORDER: Thomas Stansfield (chairman), Martin Bothroyd, Lorraine Lucas, Rick Wadhams Excused: Allen Kinsella, Anthony Savarese, and Ray Turri
- PUBLIC HEARING - None
- READING OF THE MINUTES – The Commission received the February 5, 2009 minutes prior to the meeting for review
IN A MOTION made by Mr. Wadhams seconded by Mr. Bothroyd it was voted to APPROVE the meeting minutes for February 5, 2009. Vote Unanimous
- OLD BUSINESS
- 6645 Village Market Place , LLC, 59 Torrington Road, construct addition to Goshen Hardware and add two apartments. Ron George from CCA. LLC was present to answer any questions from the Commission
IN A MOTION made by Mr. Bothroyd seconded by Ms. Lucas it was voted to APPROVE the application for 6645 Village Market Place, LLC, 59 Torrington Rd, Construct addition to Goshen Hardware and add two apartments. Vote Unanimous
- NEW BUSINESS: None
- INLAND WETLAND’S OFFICER REPORT: The Commission received and reviewed the Inland Wetland’s Officer Report.
IN A MOTION made by Mr. Bothroyd seconded by Mr. Wadhams it was voted to ACCEPT the Inland Wetland’s Officer Report
- CORRESPONDENCE: Segment 1 and Segment 2 DEP Training Course, CT Audubon Society magazine
- ADJOURNMENT
IN A MOTION made by Mr. Bothroyd it was voted to ADJOURN the meeting at 7:35
