Present: Sam Anstett, Kate Breakell, Dale Ives, Christopher Mitchell, Edward Perry and Bob Valentine
Call to Order: Chairman Mitchell called the meeting to order at 2:40 pm.
Approval of the Minutes: Bob moved and Sam seconded that the minutes of the December 3rd 2009 meeting be approved as read. Motion carried.
Old Business: none
New Business: none
Worker’s Compensation Incidents: none were reported for this quarter.
Adjournment: Chris moved and Edward seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 2:50 pm.
