TOWN OF GOSHEN
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Town of Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission, at its July 26, 2011 regular meeting, made the following decision:
By unanimous vote, to adopt the following amendments to the Zoning Regulations:
Section 360.4 – Home Offices
Section 551 – Home Based Businesses in a Residential Zone
The Commission has determined these changes are consistent with the current Plan of Conservation and Development and will be effective the day after the date of publication, August 4, 2010.
