ROAD EXCAVATION PERMIT INSTRUCTIONS
Attached is the package of information needed to apply for and receive a Road Excavation Permit. This package consists of:
· Road Excavation Application & Permit
· Road Openings and Excavations Ordinance
· Town of Goshen Permit Bond Form
· Insurance Requirements of Contractors
The Public Works Supervisor will approve the Road Excavation Application & Permit after receipt of the Certificate of Insurance and Permit Bond. Please note that a separate bond is needed for each road opening and/or excavation.
