How do I register for Rec. activities?
v Send the form to school with your child
v Mail to P.O. Box 187, Goshen, CT
v Drop it off at the Rec. Office on the 2nd floor of town office
Just a reminder- to satisfy our insurance company, each participant needs to complete and sign one blanket Emergency Release and Waiver, which covers the entire school year. Please complete and return to the Rec. Office. It will be kept on file in the office. In addition, there will be a separate form on the bottom of each specific activity flyer. The activity supervisor will keep this form for the duration of the activity; should emergency transport become necessary, that form should accompany the participant to the hospital. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.
Unless otherwise indicated-register through the Rec. Dept. but make checks payable to the instructor.
May I use a credit card?
No, we haven’t yet managed to acquire the technology to accomplish credit card use.
