Fall Schedule of Goshen Recreation Department Activities 2011

Just a reminder- to satisfy our town insurance carrier, each participant needs to complete and sign one blanket Emergency Release and Waiver, which will cover the entire academic year. Please complete and return that form to the Goshen Rec. Office. It will be kept on file in the office. In addition, there will be a separate form on the bottom of each specific activity. The activity supervisor should keep this form for the duration of that activity; should emergency transport become necessary, that form should accompany the injured/ill participant to the hospital. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

How do I register for Recreation activities?
  • If appropriate, send form to school with your child
  • Mail it to 42A North Street, Goshen, CT 06756
  • Drop it off at the Rec. Office on the 2nd floor of the town office
