October 4, 2008, at the Torrington WPCF.

The Dates for Electronic Collection Days are:
June 21, 2007 at the Torrington WPCF
October 18 , 2008 at the Torrington WPCF.
You will not have to pre-register for this service, however you will need to show proof of residence
