Special Town Meeting
Monday, August 3, 2009
First Selectmen Robert P. Valentine called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Robert P. Valentine opened the nominations for moderator. Deborah Valentine nominated Robert Valentine for moderator, seconded Thomas Breakell. Bruce Larson moved to close nominations and cast one ballot for Robert Valentine.
Moderator Robert Valentine asked Barbara Breor to read the call of the meeting.
#1 Elect one member of the Board of Education of Regional School District #6 for a term of three years expiring June 30, 2012.
Nominations were opened. Roseanne Griswold nominated Bruce G. Larson. Seconded by Janet Harmon.
Thomas Breor made a motion that nominations be closed and the secretary cast one ballot. Passed unanimously
H. John Krukar made a motion to adjourn at 8:02 p.m. seconded by Thomas Breakell.
