ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Goshen Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 7:30PM at the Town Hall Conference Room to hear the following application:
Colby Engineering for Arline J. Brown McCarthy, 156 Sandy Beach Road, Request for 47-Foot Variance to Rebuild Dwelling within the 75-Foot Shoreline Setback.
At this public hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications received. Copies of the application are available for inspection in the Land Use office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street.
