Meeting MINTUES for December 20, 2007 at 7:30 P.M.

1. CALL TO ORDER: Gail Lavoie (Chairman), Donald Moore, Ralph Day, Dan Kobylenski (alt) Martin Connor, AICP, Excused: Amanda Cannon, Jeff Johnson, and Bernie Harrington (alt)
2. PUBLIC HEARING
a. Michael Leonard, 22 School Hill Road, Nineteen foot (19) side yard variance from section 323.4 of the regulations, Barn built to close to property line
Before the public hearing was opened Mr. Connor told the applicant and his attorney that there was an error in the date of the agenda and that he had a right to have his public hearing be heard by a full board, of five, and since there were only four members present. It would be up to the applicant if he wanted to open the public hearing under these circumstances or if he wanted to reschedule the public hearing until a later date. After conferring with his attorney Mr. Leonard stated that he would like to reschedule his public hearing until a full board was present. The public hearing was rescheduled until January 17, 2008 and the applicant was instructed that new noticing would need to be done.
