BOARD OF FINANCE
BUDGET HEARING
The Goshen Board of Finance will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 16, 2012,
7:30 p.m. in the Goshen Town Hall Conference Room to hear the following:
Proposed July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013 Fiscal Budget for the Town of Goshen.
At this meeting interested persons may appear and be heard on any appropriations
in the proposed budget. Written communication will be received.
Copies of the proposed 2012/2013 Budget will be available at the Office of the Town Clerk.

PRESS RELEASE
Vision Government Solutions is going to begin the Sales Verification portion of the revaluation. Any properties that have sold since October 1, 2010 will be measured and listed by a data collector.
Mr. Mike Bertoli is the
Sales Verification Data Collector.
Mr. Bertoli drives a 1995 Green Jeep Wrangler with CT Reg. 119-NKX
and will be carrying Vision Government Solutions employee identification.
Goshen has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to conduct the October 1, 2012 Revaluation. Mr. Ron Mota is the Project Manager and will be out field reviewing all properties within the Town of Goshen starting in April 2012.
Mr. Mota drives a 2008 Blue Subaru Outback Wagon with CT Reg. 218-PJW
Ms. Brandy Landrise is the Commercial Appraiser and will be out field reviewing all commercial
properties within the Town of Goshen.
Ms. Landrise drives a 1999 Silver Lexus RX300 with CT Reg. 129-ZDH
