The Assessor’s Office is responsible for discovering, listing and equitably valuing all real estate, personal property and motor vehicles in the town as of October 1st each year. This data is compiled annually by January 31st to create the Grand List for the Town of Goshen. The office is also responsible for the administration of property tax relief and exemptions as mandated by Connecticut State Statutes and local ordinances.
