REGULAR MEETING                                 March 18, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 9:30AM

Rose, Brian & Louise
Property Appealing- 236 Town Hill Road
Reason-Felt assessment was too high.   Garage had improper flooring.
Action: Made correction to flooring.
Appeal granted- Old Assessment- $337,890                            New Assessment-$333,970

Robillard, Craig & Heike
Property Appealing- 365 Beach Street
Reason: Felt assessment was too high based on appraisal.
Action: Changed grade factor.
Appeal granted- Old Assessment-$334360                      New Assessment-$322530

Fisher, Lawrence & Eileen
Property Appealing- 231 West Hyerdale Drive
Reason: Felt assessment was too high. Needs correction.
Action: Made correction to air conditioning.
Appeal granted- Old Assessment-$748200                      New Assessment-$746800

Givens, George
Property Appealing- 304 Bartholomew Hill Road
Reason: Felt assessment was too high given comparables.
Action: Not enough evidence to change assessment.
Appeal denied.

Bessette, Deborah
Property Appealing- 40 Birchwood Lane
Reason: Felt assessment was too high. Assessment went up from one year to another.  
Footnote:  Assessment was increased from 2007 to 2008 due to correction in number of bedrooms. Certificate of Occupancy indicated 4 bedrooms.
Action: Reduced assessment because driveway, walkways and patio are still under construction.
Appeal granted- Old Assessment-$381740                      New Assessment-$375720
