Regular Meeting- September 17, 2008
The September 17, 2008 Regular Meeting of the Goshen Board of Assessors was called to order at 4:05 p.m.
PRESENT:
Board Members – Jim Upton & Alan Booth
Assessor – Lucy Hussman
EXCUSED:

READING OF MINUTES:
The minutes of the June 18, 2008 meeting were reviewed and approved.
REQUEST TO BE HEARD:
None.
ASSESSORS REPORT:
Lisa Barber, Assessors Clerk, is taking the CCMA 1A course on Monday and Wednesday nights in Prospect through October 6, 2008. The office is finalizing the Personal Property List and the Declarations will be mailed by the end of September. The revaluation project has been finalized and there are two pending court cases that are being handled by Atty. Mark Connolly. There was a discussion about building activity and a quick comparison from last year to this year show only a slight decrease in the amount of permits.
BUDGET UPDATE:
The Budget Report dated 9/17/08 was reviewed and is on schedule.
