TITLE 1
TOWN MEETINGS
1. TIME
That for the future, no business shall be considered legal that is done after candle lighting in the annual or any other Town meeting. (12-1-1798)
2. TIME
It shall be the duty of the Selectmen to warn all Town meetings in future to be holden at ten o’clock a.m. and it shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to open said meetings within thirty minutes of the time at which they are named. (11-5-1834)
3. TIME
That all business meetings of all future Annual Town Meetings shall be held in the evenings and called at 8 o’clock p.m. (3-10-1947)
4. LEGAL NOTICES
The following locations for legal notices for Town meetings and other Town purposes shall be:

Bob’s Village Market
West Goshen Hardware Store
Hall Meadow Sign Post. (5-31-1979)
5. DATE FOR ANNUAL TOWN MEETINGS
The date of the Annual Town Meeting shall be the THIRD MONDAY IN NOVEMBER annually. (4-27-1982)
6. DATE FOR ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING
The date of the Annual Budget Meeting shall be the LAST WEDNESDAY IN MONTH OF MAY. (4-27-1982)
7. LEGAL NOTICES
