1. BIENNIAL ELECTIONS
That Town officers be elected biennually beginning this year 1953. (1-26-1953)
2. BOARD FOR ADMISSION OF ELECTORS
Board for Admission of Electors for the Town of Goshen shall henceforth consist of the Town Clerk and the Registrars of Voters of the Town. (10-30-1967)
3. METHOD TO ELECT REGIONAL SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION
To elect three members to the Regional Board of Education of Regional School District No. 6 from the Town of Goshen in accordance with the provisions of P.A. No. 64 of the General Assembly of 1953. (4-28-1953)
4. METHOD TO ELECT REGIONAL SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION
To continue to elect members to the Board of Education for Regional High School District #6 from the Town of Goshen by Town meeting. (10-6-1969)
5. SHIFTS OF ELECTION OFFICIALS
Permits two shifts of election officials for elections as provided in Sec. 9-258a of the C.G.S. (10-5-1970)
6. TERMS FOR TOWN CLERK AND REGISTRARS OF VOTERS
Established a four year term of office for the Town Clerk and the Registrars of Voters as provided in Sec. 9-189a of the C.G.S. (8-22-1972)
7. TERMS OF ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS
To establish the commencement date of the term of office of all Town officials elected at the biennial Town elections, except the Town Clerk, on the day following the day of the election. (7-15-1975)
8. TERMS OF ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS
a. the terms of all Town officers and board members elected at the regular municipal election in November biennially, shall commence on the 2nd Friday following the date of such election EXCEPT the Town Clerk, Registrars of Voters, and Members of the Board of Education: and
b. the terms of Town officers and board members elected at the Annual Town Meeting held the 3rd Monday in November shall commence on the 1st day of December following their election; and
c. vacancies filled by appointment shall become effective immediately, or except as otherwise provided by law. (4-22-1986)
