TITLE 22
SNOWMOBILES ORDINANCE
Sec. 22-1. Allowed. It shall be lawful for any person to operate a snowmobile upon any Town road which is closed and unplowed during the winter season, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (4-6-1972)
Sec. 22-2. Permit. No person shall operate a snowmobile upon any such closed and unplowed Town road without a written permit from the Board of Selectmen. A permit shall be given only to persons with registered snowmobiles and covered by liability insurance for damage to persons and property. (4-6-1972)
Sec. 22-3. Violation. Any person who violates any part of this ordinance shall be fined not more than $250.00. (4-6-1972)
Sec. 22-4. Effective. This ordinance shall be effective 15 days after its publication in a newspaper having a circulation in the Town of Goshen. (4-6-1972)
