TITLE 34A
BONDING REPEALED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF GOSHEN LEGALLY ASSEMBLED:
1. The ordinance which requires the Town of Goshen to bond all Town Constables and the Town Clerk is hereby repealed.
2. This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper having circulation in the Town of Goshen.
