TITLE 35
REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT #6

        Sec. 35-1 ESTABLISHMENT. To join with the following named towns, Morris and Warren, in the establishment of a regional school district with the school located in the town of Litchfield, for the purpose of providing the necessary facilities and administering grades 7 to 12 of the public schools. Adopted in accordance with the provisions of Public Act No. 64 of the General Assembly of 1953.                 (2-14-1953)

        Sec. 35-2. BOARD OF EDUCATION. To elect three members to the Regional Board of Education of Regional School District No. 6 from the Town of Goshen in accordance with the provisions of Public Act No. 64 of the General Assembly of 1953.      (4-28-1953)

        Sec. 35-3. ELECTION BOARD OF EDUCATION. To continue to elect members to the Board of Education for Regional High School District #6 from the Town of Goshen by town meeting.                    (10-6-1969)
