SEPTIC TANK PERMIT ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF GOSHEN:
1. No person, firm or corporation shall pump out or empty the contents of any septic tank located within the Town of Goshen without obtaining a permit in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Water Pollution Control Authority of the Town, upon payment of such fees as may be from time to time established by said Authority.
2. Any person, firm or corporation violating this ordinance shall be fined not more than $25.00 (1-19-1983)
