ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DECEMBER 9, 2002 ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSORS
(a) Amend Section 1 of the said Ordinance to read as follows: The Board of Assessors as presently constituted shall continue as a board consisting three (3) members. The three persons now sitting on the Board of Assessors shall continue to serve on said Board until the expiration of their respective terms of office.
(b) Delete Section 2 of said ordinance.
