4. EXEMPTION FROM PROPERTY TAX - SOLAR ENERGY
To authorize the exemption from property taxation of buildings or additions to buildings equipped with solar energy heating or cooling systems, to the extent and in the manner allowed by, upon the terms and conditions contained in, and subject to any regulations promulgated pursuant to Sections 12-81 (56)(a), (b), and (c) of the C.G.S., Rev. 1958, as the same may from time to time, be amended.
