TITLE 40
TOWN OF GOSHEN SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the voters of the Town of Goshen, legally assembled:
1. A special taxing district is hereby established pursuant to Section 7-269b of the Connecticut General Statutes for the purpose of defraying, by taxes levied solely upon properties within such district, the costs of construction of a facility for disposal of septic tank contents.
2. The special taxing district shall consist of the entire Town of Goshen except that portion thereof located in the Woodridge Lake Sewer District.
3. Any general obligation bonds, not to exceed $60,000.00, issued by the Town to pay for the costs of construction of such facility, as authorized by a vote of a Town meeting held on January 19, 1983, shall be paid from the budgets of such special taxing district.
4. This ordinance shall be effective upon publication as required by law. (7-18-1984)
