TITLE 42
LOCAL LAND USE ORDINANCE
Local land use ordinance adopted by the Town of Goshen pursuant to Public Act 82-437 of the Connecticut General Assembly.
Be it ordained by the Town of Goshen pursuant to Public Act 437 of the 1982 session of the Connecticut General Assembly as follows:
(a) On or after the effective date hereof only one dwelling unit shall be constructed on any approved building lot in the Town of Goshen until the Town has received and acted upon the report of the select committee studying land use control under Section 8-17a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
(b) By the adoption hereof the Town of Goshen consents to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut so as to allow an appeal in a proper case.
(c) This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication thereof in a newspaper having a circulation in the Town of Goshen. (5-29-1985)
