AMENDMENT TO PENSION ORDINANCE
“RESOLVED: to amend the ordinance regarding the Town Pension and Retirement System, adopted on July 1, 1979 and amended on July 28, 1999 and amended on September 8, 2003 as follows:
a. Amend subsection (1) of paragraph 3 of the amendment of September 8, 2003 to read as follows: “the completion of three (3) years service with the Town.”
