TITLE 59
REPEAL OF FEE ORDINANCE FOR GOSHEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED by legal vote of the Town of Goshen in meeting assembled:
1. The Fee Ordinance for Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission adopted at the May 27, 1998 Special Town Meeting and effective on June 19, 1998 is hereby repealed.
2. This repeal shall become effective fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper having circulation in the Town of Goshen.
