PROCESSING FEES CHARGED BY GOSHEN BOARDS & COMMISSIONS
“In accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes, any application or applications required by a Goshen Commission or Board which require processing fees, or which in the opinion of the Commissions or boards require a review by a professional expert such as but not limited to a professional planner or engineer, shall be accompanied by a fee of $200.00 for a single lot or $200.00 per lot, not to exceed $3,000.00 for a single family residential subdivision, or $1.00 per square foot for all other building construction, not to exceed $5,000.00. This fee shall be used by the Town to offset the reasonable costs of the Commissions and fees of the professionals for processing and reviewing these applications. Any fee not used for processing or review by the Commission or
board shall be returned to the applicant. The applicant shall give the Commission or board sufficient time to review the application”
This ordinance shall become effective 15 days after publication.
