TITLE 57
ORDINANCE REGARDING THE TOWN CLERK’S TERM OF OFFICE
BE IT ORDAINED by the legal voters of the Town of Goshen in meeting assembled:
1. The term of office for the Town Clerk commencing with the 1997 regular municipal election shall be two years.
2. Any ordinance, or portion thereof, which is inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
3. This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper having circulation in the Town of Goshen.
