Land Records include deeds, mortgages, releases, liens and subdivision maps. These records are the history of Goshen's land ownership since 1736. For people researching these records, the Clerk's office has a brief guide on how to use the index to these documents. The Clerk's office will make copies for you. Please bring the entire book out and write down the pages you wish to obtain copies of. Survey maps are also located in the vault for certain properties in town. Not all properties have a survey map.
