“Shall the plan establishing Regional School District No. 6 that was adopted on February 14, 1953 and amended on April 25, 1970, be amended for clarification purposes by deleting the text contained in paragraph (8) of the plan and inserting in its place that “All Regional School District No. 6 facilities shall be made available free of charge for community uses and purposes of the towns of Warren, Morris and Goshen”?”
