KNITTING CLASS POSTPONED
FOR BEGINNERS

The GPL will have a 4-week course in knitting held on 4 consecutive Mondays from 11am to 12pm. The classes will begin on March 23, and continue on March 30, April 6 and April 13. There is a limit of 5 participants for this class. This course will include basic knitting skills for those who want to learn how to knit and for those who are beginning knitters. We will cover yarn and needle sizes, casting yarn on and off the needles, knit stitch, purl stitch, garter stitch and basketweave stitch. Please bring size 8 straight knitting needles to the first class. Practice yarn will be supplied. If there is interest or time we will make a cotton face cloth.
