We, the Selectmen of the Town of Goshen, hereby give warning to persons legally entitled to vote thereat that a Special Town Meeting will be held at the Goshen Fair Grounds Beef Barn, 116 Old Middle Street, Goshen, Connecticut on September 22, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
To take such action as the voters deem best with respect to the acceptance of the road shown as “TYLER RIDGE DRIVE”, being a roadway 66’ in width with a cul-de-sac at its northerly terminus, on a map entitled “ROAD AS-BUILT PLAN TYLER RIDGE DRIVE CONN. ROUTE #4 GOSHEN, CONNECTICUT SCALE 1” = 50’ DATE 3/8/2006” prepared by Ronald E. McCarthy Licensed Land Surveyor, LLC, 101 Rt. 63, Goshen, Connecticut 06756, which map is on file in the office of the Goshen Town Clerk as Map No. 1167.
To take such action as the voters deem best with respect to the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for storm water drainage improvements along Woodridge Lake.

All owners of motor vehicles registered in the Town of Goshen are hereby warned that the Board of Assessment Appeals of the Town of Goshen will meet in open session at the Goshen Town Hall on September 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to the assessment of motor vehicles. All persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the assessor of the Town of Goshen with regard to motor vehicle assessments on the Grand List of October 1, 2019 are hereby warned to make their appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals at this meeting.

We, the Selectmen of the Town of Goshen, hereby give warning to persons legally entitled to vote thereat that a Special Town Meeting will be held at Goshen Center School Gymnasium on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To elect one member of the Board of Education of Regional School District #6 from the Town of Goshen for the term of three years from July 1, 2020
2. Highland Grant Conservation Easement
To take such action as the voters deem best with respect to the grant of a Conservation and Public Recreation Easement and Agreement (the “Easement”) to the State of Connecticut on, over and upon those certain pieces or parcels of land shown as “PARCEL ‘1’ LAND TO BE CONVEYED TO THE TOWN OF GOSHEN AREA 1,873,066 +/- SQ. FT. 43.000 +/- ACRES” and “PARCEL ‘2’ REMAINING LAND OF ROBERT DIMEO AREA 2,286,211 SQ. FT. 52.484 +/- ACRES” on a map titled “PERIMETER SURVEY SHOWING PARCELS TO BE CONVEYED TO THE TOWN OF GOSHEN EAST STREET NORTH GOSHEN, CONNECTICUT” date 11/21/08, revised through 01/09/09, Scale 1”=100’, prepared by Berkshire Engineering & Surveying, LLC, which map is recorded in the office of the Goshen Town Clerk as Map #1030; and with respect to the authorization of the Goshen Board of Selectmen to take any and all actions necessary or desirable to complete the sale and conveyance of said Easement for a price of not less than $131,500.00.
3. Upon the recommendation of the Board of Finance, to take such action as the voters deem best with respect to an appropriation of $131,500 to the Land Acquisition Fund from monies received from the Highland Grant in Item 2. above.
