Planning and Zoning Commission

 

The Town of Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the following public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 7:30PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT and via Zoom meeting. The link can be found at the Town of Goshen website.

Town of Goshen Public Works - 190 Sharon Turnpike - Construction of a building to be used by the Town of Goshen for storage of equipment and materials.

Amendment to Section 3.3.2 of the Goshen Zoning Regulations,  3.3.2.10: Artist’s Studio for personal and/or business use. 

At this public hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications received.  Copies of the application are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen, CT.
