NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on December 7, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

Richard McCarty for Mary Hill, 192 East Hyerdale, Shoreline stabilization & rain garden to control erosion with map dated 12/5/23

Extend permit for application Marc mcCarthy, Milton Road, 06 Lot 010 08, Inland Wetlands Permit #19-1W 5 year extension request with same conditions as original permit #19-1W

Grant the permit  modification to permit 21-28W for Michael Leitman, 12 Wynwood Court.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
