NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on April 4, 2024 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

Transfer permit 18-13W for 88 Dresden Circle, Construct dwelling, well & utilities from Bill Colby to  Kenneth & Lindsay Willard, same special conditions and with expiration date of August 9, 2032.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
