PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The Town of Goshen Planning & Zoning Commission, at its April 25, 2023 regular meeting in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT and via Zoom meeting approved the following:

Jeremiah Sattazahn for Regional School District #6, 50 North Street, site plan approved for construction of a 12’x24’ pavilion.

Town of Goshen, Sharon Turnpike Assessors Map 06-008-076, favorable recommendation for the Town of Goshen to purchase property owned by Alfred E. Wright and Peter Fay, Sharong Turnpike, Assessors Map 06-008-076.

The file for this application is available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on The Town of Goshen website.
