Jane Esselstyn,RN & Ann Esselstyn, M.Ed, co-authors of Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook, will explain & demonstrate the principles of cooking to prevent & reverse heart disease.  This lecture & cooking demo will explore some of the many whole foods, plant-based ingredients that have been shown to lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure & improve blood glucose numbers.
