LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF GOSHEN

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The Town of Goshen Planning & Zoning Commission, at its November 22, 2022 regular meeting in Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street approved the following regulation amendment to the Town of Goshen Planning and Zoning Regulations:

It was voted to strike down section 3.10 and replace with 3.10A which defines cannabis establishments and add section 3.10B that cannabis establishments are not permitted in any zone within the Town of Goshen and keeping with the plan of conservation and development and economic development plan.  Will be effective the day after publication of notice.

The file for this revision is available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street.
