The Town of Goshen Planning & Zoning Commission, at its March 24, 2020 regular meeting on Zoom virtual conference approved the following applications for Special Permit:

Clark-Olsen – 4 Old Middle Street – Special Permit – Change of Use from Retail to Restaurant (portion of property)

Deborah L. Monda – 21 Tamarack Lane – Accessory Apartment – Conversion of single-family dwelling

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street.
