Planning and Zoning Commission

 

The Town of Goshen Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the following public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 7:30PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen, CT:

 

Zoning Regulation Revision, Section 3.7.3.d, Accessory Apartment – Conversion of Existing Accessory Building.  Section 3.7.3. d requires a minimum of 4 acres of land. The Commission is

proposing to eliminate the 4-acre minimum requirement, removing Section 3.7.3.d.

 

At this public hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications received.  Copies of the proposed amendment are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen, CT.
