NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on October 5, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

-Garrett Harlow For Town of Goshen, Sharon Tpke, Assessor Map 06 Lot 07600 - Construct building 160’x85’x35’ for storage of vehicles and equipment for Town of Goshen & Fire Co

-William Colby for Anthony Renzullo, Brynmoor Ct, Assessor Map 05 Lot 05700 - Construct dwelling, driveway, well & utilities

-Keith Bodwell for Goshen Housing Trust Inc, 59 ABC Torrington Rd - Reclaiming/rebuilding parking lots

-Larry Webster for Kevin M. Budney, 610 North St - After the fact application to repair damaged pipes in driveway crossing watercourse

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
