NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on December 1, 2022 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following applications were approved:

Emily Phalen, 24 Tyler Lake Heights - Septic system repair on the condition that Torrington Area Health approves and Mr. Connor approves erosion control plan. 

ichard McCarty, LDM Squared, LLC for Louis Klein, 288 East Hyerdale Drive - Partial shoreline stabilization and add 5 stone steps. 

Keith Bodwell for Haworth Barker, 12 Brush Hill Road - Install curtain drain.

Donald & Virginia Oldakowski, 26 Cottage Grove Road - shoreline stabilization.

Denis Goroveci for Stephanie Oliver, 18 Flora Road - shoreline stabilization.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
