NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on April 6, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

Woodridge Lake Property Owners Association, 260 E. Hyerdale Drive - add 20 foot tie up moorings to the picnic area. 

Woodridge Lake Property Owners Association, 260 E. Hyerdale Drive - add 20 foot tie up moorings to the Dam shoreline area.

Ryan Phalen, 64 Sandy Beach Road - Build 14’ diameter fire pit with patio within 75 feet of water.

Sean O’Neill, 50 Gray Lane - Removal of trees from pasture, agricultural use. 

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
