NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on June 1, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

A favorable recommendation was made for Buzziena White, East Cornwall Road, Assessor’s Map 08-001-00 Subdivision with regulated activities with plans dated May 22, 2023. 

Dean Harley, Rock House Road Map 03 Black 016 Lot 006 - Construct driveway for future barn and dwelling with Development plan stamped May 4, 2023.

Edmond Meto for Howard & Laurie Deneberg, 31 East Hyerdale Drive, Construct retaining wall and permeable paver patio.

Transfer permit 20-34W to  Edmond Meto for Ed & AJ Building & Remodeling LLC, Lot 673 Paxton Court from Alan B. Friedberg Revocable Trust.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
