NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION

At the Special Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on July 13, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the Conference Room at Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street, Goshen CT the following applications were approved:

Kathleen McLaughlin, 118 Sandy Beach Road, Replace deck by waterfront. 

Edward Dutka, WLPOA, 260 East Hyerdale Drive - Structural repair and rehabilitation of concrete dam, retaining walls and stilling basin.

Rafal Galazyn, 29 Pond Ridge Drive - Clear cutting within the regulated area, after-the-fact violation.

Linda Merchant, 26 Flora Road - Septic system, plastic shed, wood shed with deck, well and driveway, sheds and deck after-the-fact violation.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
