NOTICE OF DECISION

TOWN OF GOSHEN

INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION


 

At the regular meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission on September 1, 2022 at 7:15 PM via Zoom meeting, the following applications were approved:

Ryan Phalen, 64 Sandy Beach Road - Shoreline stabilization. 

Keith Bodwell, P.E. for Haworth W Barker II & Marcia Barker - Old Middle Street, Map 04-005-00, 2 lot subdivision & construct dwelling within the regulated area.

Anton Dziedzic, 150 East Street South - After the fact permit, a pond was dug and requested permission to keep it.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Goshen Town Hall, 42 North Street and on the Town of Goshen website on the Inland Wetland page under the meeting agenda.
